Our Carrot Cake is light and delicious, not overly sweet, with a tender, fluffy texture. The layers of cream cheese and pure cream frosting, enriched with high quality white chocolate, add a soft, airy richness that perfectly balances the gentle sweetness of carrots, cinnamon, and cardamom.

 

A toddler friendly version is also available, made with less sugar and sweetened with date sugar instead of raw sugar, while keeping the same comforting flavours and soft texture.
